The trainees will be supported by Scarf mentors - hospitality professionals volunteering their time - to run the front of house. . A moreish Middle Eastern banquet will be cooked by RUMI's experienced chefs. We'll run two sittings per night, with the dinners happening in RUMI's beautiful events space.
