• Trainees have engaged in 26,920 hours of awesome, hands-on training and mentoring during Scarf Programs, at hospitality hotspots including Five Senses Coffee, Starward Distillery & Bar, and Stomping Ground Brewery & Beer Hall
• 430+ hospitality professionals have volunteered as trainers and mentors in our program, from businesses including Goodwater, Commis, Stomping Ground Brewery & Beer Hall, Carlton Wine Room, Garden State Hotel, Five Senses Coffee, Pullman Hotel and The Everleigh
• We’ve served 21,672 diners during Scarf Dinners and Events
• 72% of graduates (from 10-week Seasonal Programs) have found meaningful employment within six months of completing the program
• Scarf graduates have gone on to fantastic jobs at Enter Via Laundry, Stomping Ground Brewery & Beer Hall, The Ritz-Carlton, Tippy-Tay (Garden State Hotel), The Big Group, Pastuso, Capitano, Boilermaker House, IDES, Pullman Melbourne Albert Park, Novotel Ibis Melbourne Airport, Mount Zero Olives, Mjølner, Siglo, Vertue Coffee, Super Ling, Bodriggy Brewing Co, The European and Spring St Events, Keg King, Koko Black, Sofitel on Collins, Atticus Finch, The Plough Hotel, The Two Birds Nest, The Lincoln, Attica, Moor’s Head, The Penny Black, Peter Rowlands Catering, Parkroyal Hotel and Bibendum Wine Co.

* Scarf trainees and graduates are paid Restaurant Industry Award wages and superannuation for their work during Scarf Events and Scarf Partner work experience shifts.
