Report a concern

At Scarf, we are committed to creating an environment where everyone feels safe, respected, included and supported. We want all trainees, graduates, staff, mentors, volunteers, partners and guests to feel welcome in every part of the Scarf community, whether that’s during training sessions, work experience shifts, events, workshops or online communication.

Online reporting form
.

Our Respectful, Inclusive & Safe Environment (RISE) Policy and Code of Conduct outline the behaviours and values we expect from everyone involved in Scarf activities. These include treating others with kindness and respect, maintaining professional boundaries, and helping create a culturally safe and inclusive environment for all.

We understand that speaking up can sometimes feel difficult. At Scarf, we encourage people to raise concerns early. Even if you are unsure whether something is “serious enough” to report. If something doesn’t feel right, we want to hear about it.

If you have a concern about something that has happened during a Scarf activity, there are several ways you can reach out for support or share your concerns. You can:

  • speak with any Scarf staff member
  • send a message, email or make a phone call to a Scarf staff member
  • complete our online reporting form (includes option of complete confidentiality)

All concerns will be treated seriously, respectfully and as confidentially as possible.

.

Thank you for helping us create a Scarf community that is safe, inclusive and respectful for everyone.
