We want all trainees, graduates, staff, mentors, volunteers, partners and guests to feel welcome in every part of the Scarf community, whether that’s during training sessions, work experience shifts, events, workshops or online communication. These include treating others with kindness and respect, maintaining professional boundaries, and helping create a culturally safe and inclusive environment for all. We understand that speaking up can sometimes feel difficult. At Scarf, we encourage people to raise concerns early. Even if you are unsure whether something is “serious enough” to report. If something doesn’t feel right, we want to hear about it. If you have a concern about something that has happened during a Scarf activity, there are several ways you can reach out for support or share your concerns.
