Do More Than Dine is Scarf's annual fundraising gla dinner, which ran from 2016 - 2019, and then returned in April 2024 with support from The Mulberry Group.

Do More Than Dine promises an evening of culinary excellence, tangible social impact, and unforgettable experiences. 2024's event ran at Square One Rialto, co-hosted by renowned food writer Dani Valent and esteemed chef, author, and social entrepreneur Hamed Allahyari. It featured a 5-course menu by some of Melbourne’s most talented chefs, with matched beverages, table service by Scarf Graduates and a live auction filled with exclusive ‘Money Can’t Buy’ items and experiences. As well as indulging in delicious food and drink, guests heard from Scarf Graduates in a Q&A about their experience on the program and what they’ve done since graduating.
