Worktones is bringing together North Melbourne sister venues Manzé & Boire, producers Meredith, and hospitality training enterprise Scarf for an event dedicated to goat. This will be the first time Scarf has been part of the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival, and we are beyond excited!

The event will be hosted at the newly-opened wine bar, Boire - the follow up venue to the award-winning restaurant Manzé, across the road on Errol Street.

The snack-style menu will focus on one of Victoria's most beloved producers, Meredith, with highlights such as retired dairy goat cooked over charcoals.

A team of graduates from Scarf will lead the front-of-house service for the night and will be paid award wages.
